Following the meetings with AKDN partner organisations in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Mali in May it was proposed that in the case of the commercial organisations the most useful intervention would be one based around skills to enable staff to make good decisions when dealing with practical ethical dilemmas, and thereby generate trust and promote the good reputation of their companies.
